Edan David Sabah
I am honored you’re considering me to be part of such a meaningful moment in your life.
I’ve been playing the violin since the age of 3 and am classically trained, holding a Master’s degree in Performance. In addition to composing original music, I have the privilege of teaching violinists of all levels — from beginners to advanced performers. Whether on stage or in the studio, I bring both passion and precision to every note.

PRIVATE LESSONS
Whether you're picking up the violin for the first time or refining your artistry as a seasoned player, I offer personalized private lessons tailored to your goals. With a Master’s in Violin Performance and over 15 years of teaching and performing experience, I work with students of all ages and skill levels — from beginners building a strong foundation to advanced players preparing for auditions, competitions, or professional work.

Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual lessons via Zoom or other platforms.
2. How long is each lesson?
Lesson lengths typically range from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the student’s age, level, and goals.
3. How often are lessons scheduled?
Most students take lessons once a week, but I also offer flexible scheduling for advanced players or those with irregular availability.
4. Do I need to own a violin before starting?
Having your own instrument is ideal, but I’m happy to help you find a rental or purchase option that fits your budget and level.
5. Can you help with audition or performance preparation?

FAQ - Your Event
1. What types of events do you perform at?
I perform at a wide range of events, including weddings, proposals, private dinners, corporate events, religious ceremonies, memorials, and more.
2. Can you play specific songs upon request?
Yes! I love personalizing performances. I can play most songs with advance notice. Let me know your requests and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
3. Do you play by ear or only with sheet music?
Both. I am classically trained but also play by ear, which allows me to learn songs quickly even if sheet music isn’t available.
4. Can you perform outdoors?
Yes, weather permitting. I just ask for a shaded, dry area for my instrument's safety. If no cover is available, I recommend renting a small tent or canopy.
5. Do you provide your own equipment?
I bring my own instrument and can provide a portable amplifier for larger or outdoor events if needed. Let me know in advance if your venue has specific sound requirements.
6. How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, especially for weddings or weekend events. I do my best to accommodate last-minute bookings if my schedule allows.
7. How long do you typically perform?
Performance time is flexible — anything from a 15-minute feature to multiple hours with breaks. Packages can be customized based on your event’s flow.
8. What is your pricing?
Rates vary depending on location, duration, and custom song requests. Contact me for a quote — I’ll happily work within your event needs.
9. Can you play with other musicians or a DJ?
Absolutely! I’ve collaborated with pianists, string ensembles, DJs, and vocalists. I’m happy to coordinate or join a group for your event.
10. What do you wear to events?
I dress to match the formality of your event — whether it’s black tie, semi-formal, or themed. Just let me know your preferences!
